Playroom

A bright, open room full of things to do: a slide, a crawl-through caterpillar tunnel, a play kitchen, building toys and little tables for crafts and puzzles. Toys sit on low shelves, so children can choose what to play with.

Outdoor play area

We play outside every morning and afternoon, weather permitting, in our fenced yard and on the patio. There is a seesaw, a slide and a play kitchen, plus grass, leaves and the odd bug to discover.

Nap and quiet space

After lunch and a story, children rest from 12:45 to 2:45. Babies nap in their own cribs, and children who do not sleep settle into quiet activities, like looking at books on soft cushions.

Kitchen and meals

Morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack are all included. Children eat together at little tables, with fruit and vegetables alongside, and our staff have Food Safety training.

Learning corner

Posters for the weather, time, the solar system and colours, with books, puzzles and craft supplies close by. Morning learning invitations and art time turn into leaf trees, collages and new words.
